(ĐN)- Dong Nai Police’s Entrepreneurs Fund for Public Security has recently held a meeting to review its activities in 2014 and deploy tasks for 2015. Chairman Dinh Quoc Thai of the provincial People’s Committee attended the meeting.
In 2014, the Fund raised more than VND3.5 billion from entrepreneurs and enterprises to help local released prisoners. Accordingly, the fund provided preferential loans totaling over VND3.1 billion to 122 beneficiaries across the province.
So far, Entrepreneurs Fund for Public Security mobilized around VND12 billion to help released prisoners to overcome difficulties, develop household economy and stabilize their lives.
In 2015, the fund will continue calling for more donations from enterprises and individuals to help released prisoners’ community reintegration.
