Deputy Secretary Tran Van Tu of the provincial Party Committee, Chairman Dinh Quoc Thai and Vice Chairman Nguyen Thanh Tri of People’s Committee attended the celebration.
Fifteen minutes of fireworks was displayed at the event.

On this occasion, leaders of the province and Bien Hoa city burnt incense in memory of well-known men who were worshiped at Tran Bien Temple of Literature.
