(ĐN)- Road users in Bien Hoa city have opportunities to change their low-quality helmets for a new standard of protective headwear under a programme launched by the province’s traffic safety committee from January 30 to February 8.
People can enjoy the discount of VND70,000-120,000 depending on the helmet model.
Earlier, some 2,500 unsafe motorbike helmets have been swapped for those of standard quality in an exchange campaign in Long Khan town and districts around the province.
