The receivers are poor studious students and disadvantaged students who get high scores at university entrance exams.
The scholarships, worth VND15 million each, are funded by Dong Nai Golf Association, Vedan VN, Dong Nai Lottery Co., Dofico and Sonadezi.
The Study Promotion Association also pledges to help the students getting jobs after graduation.
