The HQ 621 vessel led by Captain Truong Cong The, Deputy Political Commissar of the Naval Region 2 Command presented gifts to Phuc Nguyen and DK1/11 platforms. Meanwhile, the HQ 609 naval ship unloaded cargo for handing over soldiers at Ba Ke platform.
Departing on January 15 at the port of Flotilla 812 of Naval Region 2, the two ships have been carrying daily necessities and specialties nationwide donated by individuals, agencies and organisations from across the country to help the officers and soldiers enjoy an authentic traditional Lunar New Year.
As of January 18, the ships have brought Tet gifts to four DK1 platforms. Currently, they are en route to carry New Year gifts to present to officers and soldiers stationed at Tu Chinh, Huyen Tran and Que Duong platforms.
