(ĐN)- Recently, Vietnam Urban and Industrial Zone Development Investment Corporation (IDICO) completed and put into operation the first phase of its social housing project at Nhon Trach industrial park in Nhon Trach district.
Covering an area of more than 21,700 sq.m, the VND100 billion project include three apartment blocks with about 447 apartments.
Of the total, 170 apartments have been sold for local low-income earners and 167 others have been leased, accounting for 70% and 85% respectively.
The corp plans to build 600 social houses in 2015.
