(ĐN) - Minh Luan Co, Ltd on October 3 started the construction of a social housing project in Buu Hoa ward, Bien Hoa city.
The VND23 billion project is expected to provide more than 520 apartments. The investor plans to sell the apartments at around VND8 million per square metre.
At present, Dong Nai has 91 social housing projects, including five invested by the State and the remaining by other economic sectors. Of the total, only 12 projects have been completed, providing around 1,400 apartments for local low-income earners.
