The house was built on an area of 112sq.m at a cost of VND 200 million from the general department, his relatives and local people.Born in 1929 in Thai Binh province, Trao joined the army in 1953 to fight foreign invaders. He was a driver for General Nguyen Chi Thanh and other senior officers in the past. At present, he is living with his wife and his son with mental illness in a downgraded house.
Since 2010, the General Department of Techniques has built 146 houses and repaired dozens of others for policy beneficiaries.
