The college is now home to 195 officials and teachers including 55 MA and doctor degree holders. Most of the teachers had international vocational training certificates granted by City & Guilds, the UK’s largest vocational awarding body.
The school became a member of City&Guilds in 2004 and member of American Welding Society in 2009.
Annually, around 5,000 students are enrolled at the college, where graduated students have been highly evaluated.
Speaking at the working session, Secretary Tran Dinh Thanh praised contributions made by the school in training human resources for the province. He also asked Department of Labour, War Invalids and Social Affairs to cooperate with the college to train additional human resources.
