This is one of practice activities to mark the 69th anniversary of the August Revolution (August 19) and National Day (September 2).
On this occasion, the chapter presented 30 gifts to local poor families
Since the beginning of the year, Bien Hoa Red Cross Chapter and its agencies raised nearly VND200 million worth of more than 80 wheelchairs for poor disabled beneficiaries
