Dong Nai's delegation hands VND200 million to Fisheries Surveillance Team No.3 |
At the visit, Chairman of Dong Nai Fatherland Front Committee Vy Van Vu, Head of the Commission for Communications and Education Huynh Van Toi and Editor-in-Chief of Dong Nai Newspaper Tran Huy Thanh handed VND200 million each to Fisheries Surveillance Team No.3 and Da Nang city People’s Committee.
On the same day, the delegation also visited and handed over VND200 million to coast guard force in Quang Nam province.
The money was donated by individuals and units to the program “Contributing to defend Vietnam's sea and island sovereignty” launched by Dong Nai Newspaper.
Earlier, the program raised VND300 million forHigh Command of Navy Region 2 in Nhon Trach district, Dong Nai province.
