(ĐN)- On June 9, a delegation led by Deputy Minister Ho Anh Tuan of Culture, Sports and Tourism had a working session with Dong Nai provincial People’s Committee on improving the cultural life of workers at industrial and export processing zones.
The delegation was also accompanied by Deputy Chairman Nguyen Van Ngang of Vietnam General Confederation of Labour.
Over the past time, Dong Nai established mobile film screening teams to offer free film shows for workers at local industrial parks, encouraged and created favourable conditions for enterprises to open book reading rooms and libraries, organized art performances and provided legal knowledge to workers.
In the coming time, the ministry would cooperate with the province to hold art performances and publicize information on sea and islands aiming to raise workers awareness of the country’s sovereignty, said Mr Ho Anh Tuan.
