The quality of water in the Thi Vai River has improved in recent years, according to Nguyen Ngoc Thuong, deputy director of the Dong Nai Province's Department of Natural Resources and Environment.

 

The quality of water in the Thi Vai River has improved in recent years, according to Nguyen Ngoc Thuong, deputy director of the Dong Nai Province's Department of Natural Resources and Environment.

Last year, tests showed that the river's water quality at most observation sites were suitable for aquatic species.

Local authorities have implemented several measures to improve the quality of treated wastewater from industrial parks and residential areas before it is released into the river.
