On behalf of the delegation, Head of Commission for Mass Mobilization Huynh Van Tinh sent best wishes to Buddhist dignitaries, monks, nuns and followers.
He hailed the positive contributions by Buddhist monks, nuns and followers to the sustainable development of the province and expressed his belief that they will continue to advance with the province on the road to build a wealthy and happy locality.
