(ĐN)- In the morning of May 12, Ministry of Education and Training had a working session with Dong Nai provincial People’s Committee on training and demand for human resources in Dong Nai’s industrial parks.
Dong Nai is the first locality nationwide to launch action plans for human resources development, said Vice Chairman Nguyen Thanh Tri of the provincial People’s Committee. Over the past years, local universities, colleges and vocational training schools have partially met the province’s demand for human resources; however, Dong Nai is still short of high-skill workers. In the coming time, Long Thanh international airport project is going to need a large number of laborers in services.
Vice Chairman agreed with the proposal of the MoET on building a system to train human resources for industrial parks in Dong Nai. Accordingly, two sides will enhance cooperation to solve limitations and implement human resources training plans, contributing to the province’s socio-economic development.
