According to Department of Planning and Investment, the province needs VND1,128 billion this year to invest in 28 communes, Xuan Loc district and Long Khanh town aiming to become new-style rural areas.
Of the total, over VND644 billion will came from the provincial budget, more than VND428 billion from the district, the town and Bien Hoa city, the remaining from local people.
Speaking at the session, Vice Chairman Tran Minh Phuc of the provincial People’s Committee stressed that the capital plays an important role in developing the movement of new-style area building. Thus, localities have to release a list of priority projects that will receive investment sourced from the budget; other projects will be invested by credit capital.
