In 2013, Dong Nai provincial armed forces sent its troops to help locals build rural roads, construct and repair houses, upgrade irrigation canals as well as conduct many activities, contributing to strengthening the relationship between army and people
This year, the Headquarters will continue to cooperate with units, schools and enterprises to effectively carry out public relations work to solidly support local people and actively respond to the “Army joining hands in building new rural areas” movement.
