This is one of activities to mark the 39th anniversary of the National Liberation Day (April 30) and the 60th anniversary of Dien Bien Phu victory.
The house is built on an area of 45 sq.m with a total cost of VND45 million, of which the ward’s Red Cross Chapter donated VND20 million.
On this occasion, sponsors and local organizations provided the family with practical gifts.
