(ĐN)- Dong Nai provincial People’s Committee yesterday announced the decision to establish Fund for Human Resources Development.
The establishment of the fund aims to provide financial support to scientific projects carried out by individuals and organizations with the maximum supporting rate of VND500 million.
Besides, the fund also offers preferential loans to individuals with difficult circumstances, young talents and enterprises in the province that need capital for training and improving the quality of human resources.
Addressing at the session, Vice Chairman Nguyen Thanh Tri of the provincial People’s Committee, who is also Chairman of the fund, stressed that the establishment the Fund for Human Resources Development is one of the province’s measures to increase the quality of local human resources.
The fund is expected to become operational in May this year.
