(ĐN)- Pousung Viet Nam Company and Trang Bom district’s Education and Training Office on December 24 organized a ceremony to award “The germination of a dream” scholarships to disadvantaged students.

At the ceremony, 200 students of 10 district-based primary and junior high schools received the scholarships worth VND1 million each. This is the second time Pousung Viet Nam has awarded the scholarships to poor students in the district.
On this occasion, the company also donated VND50 million to Doi 61 primary school in the district for school equipment.
Pousung Company, which manufactures Nike shoes for export, has been present in Dong Nai for 8 years and hires around 23,000 laborers.
Over the past years, the company has spent more than VND1 billion for charitable activities including presenting houses and scholarships to poor households and students in the district.
