(ĐN)- Division 309 under Army Corps 4 on December 19 handed over a gratitude house to Lieutenant Nguyen Van Nghia living in Bien Hoa city’s Long Binh Tan ward.
The house was constructed at a cost of VND 230 million, including VND 60 million from the Gratitude Fund of the unit.
As known, the division supports to build 1 to 3 houses of gratitude for its poor soldiers and officers every year.
