The delegation will give 900 gifts worth VND700,000 each to victims in Phu Yen, binh Dinh and Quang Ngai provinces.
The total cost of the program is over VND630 million, funded by local sponsors.
Earlier, the delegation presented 1,200 gifts to the flood victims in the flood-affected Central provinces.
