The event was co-organized by Tuoi Tre newspaper and Amway Vietnam, an affiliate of the world’s leader in direct selling Amway Corporation.
At the ceremony, 308 scholarships worth VND3 million each were granted to the students from the Southeastern provinces provinces of Binh Duong, Binh Phuoc, Binh Thuan, Ba Ria Vung Tau, Dong Nai, Tay Ninh and Ho Chi Minh city.
Also at the event, 19 teachers were honored for their active contributions in supporting the disadvantaged students.
