At the ceremony, organizers handed over 102 wheelchairs for disabled people in Tan Phu, Dinh Quan, Nhon Trach, Cam My districts, Long Khanh township and Bien Hoa city.
The wheelchairs worth total VND300 million, funded the Vietnam Assistance for the Handicapped.
