The event, which took place at the provincial Conference center, aims to call on organizations, individuals and sponsors to participate in the campaign to raise fund for the poor and help them to escape poverty.
At the ceremony, organizations and businesses donated more than VND2.2 billion, 20 tons of rice and 500 health insurance cards to the province's Fund for the Poor.
On this occasion, organizers awarded certificates of gratitude to individuals and collectives for their contributions to help the poor.
