The event took the participation of more than 300 delegates representing typical studious families, clans and communities across the country.
On this occasion, VSEA awarded excellent emulation flags to many provinces and cities for their great contributions to study encouragement activities.
At the ceremony, 5 households from Dong Nai out of 324 studious families, clans and communities received certificates of merit of VSEA.
