(ĐN)- Dong Nai provincial Traffic Safety Committee has planned to organize a lot of activities in response to the World Day of Remembrance for Road Traffic Victims on November 17.
Accordingly, transportation safety committees at all level along with organizations, enterprises and sponsors will send their delegations to visit families of dead victims, particularly those in difficult circumstances.
The provincial Traffic Safety Committee will coordinate with the Fatherland Front Committee, related sectors and religious organizations to hold requiems for those who died in traffic accidents on that day.
Remembrance Day aims to highlight the severity and consequences of traffic problems across the province, and to raise awareness of the public about the issue.
The World Day of Remembrance for Road Traffic Victims is held on the third Sunday of November each year.
