(ĐN)- Dong Nai provincial Social Policy Bank’s provided preferential loans for 16 members of Bien Hoa city’s Blind People Association on October 8.
Accordingly, the bank offered preferential loans worth VND4-8 million each at an annual interest rate of 6 percent totaling nearly VND116 million to help disadvantaged members develop production and stabilize their lives.
Since 1993, the project of providing loans to create jobs or blind people in the city has organized 20 programs to offer preferential loans for poor households, helping them escape poverty and improve their living standards.
