At the ceremony, the organizers presented scholarships worth VND1 million each to 32 outstanding poor students studying at the primary to junior high schools in Bien Hoa city’s Quyet Thang, Quang Vinh, Trung Dung and Thanh Binh wards.
The scholarships were mobilized by the school from the charity fund-raising festival held in October at Bien Hung park in Bien Hoa city.
