150 local education specialists, teachers and Filipino teachers who are teaching English at elementary schools in the province attended the workshop.
During the workshop, Ms Sadie Jane Maddocks, instructor of Oxford University, presented the ways of classroom management, creating inspirational atmosphere for students via English songs and games, lesson plans, etc.
