According to plan, Toan Thinh Phat Corp, the landscape project’s investor, will continue to ask the approval from the Government on investment certificate. The 8.4 ha project is expected to start this December.
Dong Nai River Bank Reinforcement Project invested by Dong Nai Center for Water Drainage is also under the completion of legal procedures. This project will reinforce the banks of the river from Phuoc Lu House to the residential area along Rach Cat river and from Rach Cat bridge to the Ghenh bridge in Hiep Hoa commune. On this occasion, the city People's Committee reported a plan to create a fund of land for road projects along Cai River.
At the meeting, the investors have been suggested to hasten the completion of procedures to deploy the projects. Relevant agencies have also been asked to co-ordinate with the committee in the implementation of land clearance and relocation work to ensure that the projects are started on time.
