(ĐN)- Since the beginning of this year, Dong Nai Environmental Protection Fund (DEPT) has given VND13 billion in preferential loans to 3 waste treatment projects, said the provincial Department of Natural Resources and Environment.
As known, the DEPT was established to provide financial assistance for projects preserving the nature and repairing the environmental pollution in the province. Presently, the fund has a total captial of more than VND40 billion.
Over the past time, the fund has offered loans to help enterprises building wastewater and exhaust gas treatment systems and environmental service cooperatives buying specialized rubbish carriers.
