Dong Nai targets to spend around VND898.4 million to provide regular allowances to all disabled people living in the province from now until 2020, build charity houses to 95 percent of the households having handicapped members, help 90 percent of children with disabilities to access social welfare, comprehensive education and health care services, etc.
At the same day, the department in coordination with HCMC Poor Patients Sponsor Association and HCM city Lottery Company presented 23 wheelchairs worth VND3.9 million each to disabled people.
