Chi Thanh and Carmry helmet manufacturers jointly set up helmet-exchange points in the districts of Trang Bom, Long Thanh, Vinh Cuu and Bien Hoa city for people to exchange for new ones, with the prices of VND30,000-VND50,000 lower than the listed price.
The program showed the effectiveness and will be deployed to the remaining districts of the province until June 15.
