At the end of 2012, the amount of money was more than VND159 billion. However, the figure increased to over VND323 billion as of the beginning of April.

In 2012, 26 enterprises were brought to the court by the department for a VND20 billion debt of insurance fees. However, it has been only able to retrieve nearly VND3 billion so far.
Currently, the department is completing necessary legal procedures to sue some enterprises who have failed to pay their social and unemployment insurance premiums on time or in full.
