(ĐN)- Over the past two years, a project to help local poor households was deployed in Thong Nhat district’s Gia Canh commune.
The project, funded by a French non-governmental organization in Vietnam named Les Enfants Du Dragon.
In 2011-2013 period, the project spent more than VND1.6 billion to construct 20 charity houses for difficult families, presented 50 bicycles and 68 scholarships to disadvantaged students, and built four clean water supply systems in three schools and a public site.
