(ĐN)- Over the first three months of this year, Dong Nai province War Veterans’ Association raised VND400 million and 600 working days from its members to build and upgrade rural roads.
In this period, the veterans have tried their best to help each other to develop production. Accordingly, rich members supported fertilizer, seedlings and breeding animals for poor veterans, provided preferential loans totaling more than VND1.74 billion to members with difficult circumstances to develop household economics.
Besides, the association helped its members get loans of over VND1.75 billion from local banks for production development.
