(ĐN)- A 177,000 m2 housing project for workers in Dong Nai’s Nhon Trach industrial park started on April 4.
The ground-breaking ceremony was attended by Minister of Construction Trinh Dinh Dung, Chairman of Ba Ria-Vung Tau province People’s Committee Tran Minh Sanh and Chairman of Dong Nai province People’s Committee Dinh Quoc Thai.

The project is scheduled to be completed by 2020. It will cost around VND758 billion, funded by Viet Nam Urban and Industrial Zone Development Corporation (IDICO).
The projects will include 5 apartment blocks with 3,491 units, providing accommodation for some 9,000 workers at Nhon Trach district’s industrial parks.
IDICO plans to build 20,000 apartments in the next eight years to meet the great housing demand of low-income people in Dong Nai, Long An provinces and HCM city.
