(ĐN)- Until the end of 2012, the Dong Nai Social Policy Bank’s preferential credit program has benefited around 332,000 disadvantaged households and policy beneficiaries in the province.
Accordingly, the bank disbursed nearly VND778 billion in student loans and provided preferential loans totaling VND410.5 billion to help local difficult households stabilizing their lives.
Over the past ten years, the program helped 55,641 households escape poverty and 26,130 others improve their living standards, created jobs for 187,110 laborers and built 208 houses for poor families.
