Speaking at the meeting, Vice Chairman Nguyen Thanh Tri of the provincial People’s Committee stressed that departments and sectors should continue to focus on training high quality human resources in order to meet the demand of the province’s socio-development, industrialization and modernization.
He also emphasized the need to establish the Fund for Human Resources Development, aiming to increase the quality of local human resources.
