According to Mr Vo Van Chanh, Deputy Director of Dong Nai Department of Natural Resources and Environment, Dong Nai has installed completely 8 automatic wastewater monitoring stations in the province’s industrial zones.
According to Mr Vo Van Chanh, Deputy Director of Dong Nai Department of Natural Resources and Environment, Dong Nai has installed completely 8 automatic wastewater monitoring stations in the province’s industrial zones.
After coming into effect, these monitoring stations are able to observe 24/24 hour operation process of wastewater treatment systems of factories and have automatic wastewater samplers for controlling remote sampling. Through the camera, the measurement data are transmitted to operating station. That will help authorities supervise wastewater after treatment.
Dong Nai is now home to 27 industrial zones with a total waste water volume of 70,000 m3/day, 25 of which have centralized wastewater treatment system. The province targets to make all industrial zones in the province have automatic wastewater monitoring system by 2015.
