Many communes are in short distance from La Nga River but people have to buy a bucket of clean water. Because the water in river is very dirty so that water for living is rare. Many families have to buy water from drilled wells, the weekly spending for water is not small amount of money. For 30,000 water VND/m3, sometimes, water do not have enough for local people to buy, because the water from drilled wells also run out.

There are more than 4,000 family households in Phu Ngoc commune, only a few wells have water. People depend on the raining water or buying clean water.Because the underground water in the area is very rare, there are some households which have drilled dozens of wells but found no water. At present, Dinh Quan People’s Committee is calling for investors to invest in providing clean water from Dong Nai River for local people.
