Two railway men have been arrested for allegedly caused a railway accident in the southern province of Dong Nai's Xuan Loc District, Xuan Truong Commune.
A driver was killed and his assistant seriously injured when a truck collided with a freight train at a rail intersection in the commune, district police reported yesterday.
Initial investigations showed that Le Dinh Canh, 19, and Trinh Thi Hien, 20, had failed to lower the barrier when the train crossed the level-crossing.
