The receivers were poor students who have to wade or swim across the river to go to school.
On the same day, Ngoc Anh 1 Trading Service Co.Ltd awarded 20 scholarships worth VND500,000 each to disadvantaged students on the occasion of the inauguration of Nguyen Ai Quoc bookstore in Bien Hoa city.
