(ĐN)- A ceremony was held at Xuan Loc district-based Xuan Tho commune’s Sports and Cultural Centre to hand over 23 charity houses to local poor families and ethnic minority households.
On this occasion, the district presented 30 bicycles and 38 scholarships to students with difficult circumstances, gave 3.2 tones of rice and 5 cows to poor beneficiaries. The district’s police also provided loans totaling VND200 million to 10 released prisoners to help them develop household economy and stabilize their lives.
