The 9th scholarship awarding ceremony was organized at the provincial Conference Center with the attendance of Chairman of the provincial Fatherland Front Committee Vy Van Vu, Vice Chairwoman of People's Council Huynh Thi Nga and Vice Chairman of People's Committee Nguyen Thanh Tri.
At the ceremony, 240 students across the province received scholarships totaling VND212 million and gifts for the new school-year.
Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Hiroharu Motohashi, General Director of Ajinomoto VN, hoped that the scholarships will partly help the receivers overcome difficulties and continue their study.
