Last month, there were three railway accidents in the province, claiming three lives, increase one case and one fatality over the previous year.
The report also saw the rapid increase of means of transport, with 384 new cars and 10,239 motorbikes registered previous month.
The figures brought the number of vehicles in the province as of the end of Sept to over 63,000 cars and more than 1.4 million motorbikes.
