(ĐN)- Xuan Loc district-based Xuan Tho commune People’s Committee has recently handed over two charity houses to Mr. Do Ba Phung and Ms.Dieu Thi Xuan in Tho Phuoc and Tho Trung villages.
The houses, each covers an area of 40 sq.m, were built at a total cost of VND60 million, of which Bien Hoa Packaging J.S Company donated VND40 million.
Since the beginning of the year, Xuan Tho commune mobilized to build five compassionate houses for local poor families.
Earlier, Long Thanh district People’s Committee also presented a gratitude house to the family of Mr. Le Van Lan, a war invalid in the district’s Tam An commune. The house was built at a cost of VND77 million. Of the total, VND60 million came from Artillery Brigade No.69.
