(ĐN)- The Police of Dong Nai and Tan Phu district presented 176 gifts worth VND200,000 each to studious poor students in the district’s Phu Dien commune. On this occasion, the delegation gave 6 bicycles to students who are living in especially difficult circumstances and their homes are very far from school.
Earlier, 144 scholarships each valued at VND500,000 were also handed to Bien Hoa city’s students with high acadamic results in the school year of 2011-2012.
Trang Bom district’s Study Promotion Association cooperated with Training and Education Office to honor 450 local excellent students for their efforts in studying. The organizers also gave a reward worth VND200-700,000 to students each.
