The annual event was co-organized by Tuoi Tre newspaper, Binh Duong provincial Youth Union and SCG, one of the leading conglomerates in ASEAN .

This year, 400 students from southern provinces of Binh Duong, Binh Phuoc, Tay Ninh, Binh Thuan, Dong Nai, Ba Ria Vung Tau, Ho Chi Minh and Ha Noi capital city was granted the VND3 million scholarship each.
